I received a product which was fake and obviously not as described by the seller. I opened a claim and asked for refund. I was asked to send pictures of the product. I did as was asked to but the claim was closed saying that I did not provide the necessary pictures in the given time frame. I tried to talk to the ebay customer care but my mails are somehow not showing up in their system. But everytime I send a mail I get a conformation mail of the receipt of the mail.
This is absolutely crazy and I really do not know what to do. I would like my claim to be opened up again and my money be returned.
