I won a few bids from a seller on ebay.in, and then the seller sent me an invoice for the total amount of those bids. When I proceed to make the payment and use a valid discount coupon code on the ebay.in site, it is not working. The screen comes back to the previous state. But when I use the same coupon for paying for a Buy it Now item, there is no such issue.
Any idea why this is happening? Ebay support does not seem to have a clue. Is there any workaround to avail of the discount coupon for paying against an invoice?
