I was trading with a seller and I have won, the payment was made, the
next one or two day seller remarked ' No longer registered with eBay'
'this shop has been closed' what is this? The time and cost waste for
this trading.

Dear Paisapay, I have refund from ebay.com but they directly sent to
Paypal.com refund of $105.31 USD . They could have deposited the money
in my bank account ICICI Bank in India. Hence Paypal.com says minimum
$150.00 USD to transfer. What could I do...
