allways do transaction with paisepay using a credit card and not a
direct bank transfer.. as i you this the is a fraud you can allows stop
transaction on a card payement but not with a bank transfer..
i had similar problem and when i approached ebay the raply i got was
that they had noting to do with paisepay.. so i called the back asking
to stop payement
