i need help. i am trying to sell an item but i want to put it for collection only how do i do this as it keeps saying that there is postage.

i want to make an item that i am selling collection only but it keeps coming up with postage. how do i change this. someone please help as i have been searching for this answer for ages. many thanks?:|
