your recourse is to report to police for a fraud case. If the seller has
provided a fake address, this may also be fruitless.
How Horrible it has become! recently I found out that ebay.in is having
troubles with iconnect on paisapay. It is all well in other sites like
indiatimes and airtel. What has happened to the tech staff here? are
they planning to remove it completely?...
