eBay

Bought items from Seller having ID fancymedia who does not respond. Any one had any experience with him?

I won these items in auction on 11th Feb 2007 and paid through PayPaisa. Got the receipt. But the seller does not respond despite three emails. Reported to eBay. Can I stop payment ? The seller is no more registered with eBay now. What do I do now ? ...
