hi, im new to ebay.When i tried to bid ,sellers asking place creditcard on the file. What z this ? how can i do? Is it safe? thank uuu.

thank u for the reply. when i bid on bellojewelleries(jemstone malas),kaya_jewels, they r asking place credit card on file to confirm bid.
