i have purchased intex aqua on dt. 3rd march but still on dt. 10th March i am not receiving my items

Hi, I am Rakesh singh, I have purchased my Item intex aqua on dt. 3rd March-17 but today 10th march I am not receiving my Item.it was very urgent but you are not given dispatch details.I have all ready paid this item.
