Ebay sellers are not genuine

I bought a product from ebay which was not genuine and ebay didn't not help me up with this issue . instead it insisted me to talk toh seller which didn't work.. i will never ever buy anything from ebay

Do not buy from eBay. Firstly they dont provide any invoice, 2nd ebay has no control on seller,u might end up with different product or fake product

No,u cannot because ebay wont. it has no control on seller and products. They will reject ur claims
