I had brought Blackberry Z10 model recevied on 13 th of this month , but its not working.

I had brought the mobile, it is not working, I also raised the claim in Ebay Guarantee at 14 of this month , but still now the problem is not solved. Its is so hurting me. As soon as possible resolve this problem.
