IF I BUY A PRODUCT OF RS.1200 AFTER 12 PM TODAY,IS IT THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY ONLY RS. 200

As per the offers flashing on ebay that 1st 250 buyers starting from 12pm can shop free for rs.1000,then my question is that if I buy any product worth rs.1200,then do I need to pay jus rs.200 or what? Thanks.RG
