I don't think that ebay is cheating buyers in order to help buyers.Last
month i had placed order for decorative light from ebay but
unfortunately when i recceived it it not at all matching with the
description. I had oredred for 50 ft LED decorative ...
You can ask for refund if the item that you received is not exactly it
was described whe you placed the order. i have seen ebay is very active
in resolving such issue.
