Completely un acceptable to be on call for 30 minutes to check on the
claim which has been created as there has been no update from the ebay
team. and call waiting is 30 minutes its absolutely not acceptable. Some
thing should be done for this.
I have raised a ebay gurantee claim per if the seller agrees to refund
how does the retuning of the product to the seller works ? How does ebay
tell me which courier guy would come and pick the package from my place.
pls advice.
