I am facing exactly the same situation. The customer support reports that the payment is underway...thats all, Service quality is bad these days.

Guys, I faced a similar situation. I made sure that I did not make the re-payment till a new coupon was issued. The new voucher was sent through live chat itself and then I made the payment. Do the same guys. Naren
