3 negative ratings on my id which were solved by me & the rating was

should take some immediate steps for people just making ids bidding the
item & after wining the bid sending sorry mails
i think all the sellers on Baazee have account in banks where they can
receive online payment on which the buyer is not charghed for the buyer
makes online transfer to paise pay in order to safe gard himself
