Dear nagarajbhagwat, Rohit is right. It's us sellers who fix shipping prices, not Ebay. Ebay is a forum to bring people like you and us together to trade. Auctions are a fun form of really getting fantastic deals. Initially, there used to be a spate of courier companies or shippers who used to ship products. But most of them increased seller's woes instead of proper and legitimate deliveries. There were a lot of produc pilferages, lost packages, and so many other unforeseen problems. Hence sellers like us now ship their products ONLY by Highly reputed shipping companies and we also fully insure our products. All this costs much, much more than what we charge our winners. It's a choice, and a tough choice - delivering our products safely to our customers, or losing several packages. I'm sure buyers would understand, and would themselves want their products insured and shipped. All this has a cost, and sellers extend some of these those costs to buyers. Buyers do get the best deals on Ebay.in, and safe shipping also insures that the product reaches you safe and sound. That's how it works. Good Luck on Ebay.in. Dear Mihir, The International selling guys at Ebay are a good team - try speaking to Amarjeet, he'll be able to help you. At the same time, you also need to have an import export licence, and some other documents. India post is a good, cheap option, but there are other shippers too. You'll also need a clearing agent, as this will be an export. Kindly note that you'll not incur any sales tax or VAT for international sales, as they'll be covered under "exports".
