I would suggest ebay to start a link or a section where listing are
listed for international buyers so they can easily find out what they
are looking for and also if you can make some special shops where our
listing are automatically listed internati...
that means the buyer is bogus or not interested just leave the snc and
feed back after a week if you file a dispute that is snc warning you
don't have to final fee to ebay
