I dont think that any debit card or bank account would let you do such a
big transaction. If you have a credit card try paying by credit card .
Else see if seller is givinbg any other payment options.... may be
cheque or back deposits....
I have claimed and did not get any money. most power sellers are
fraudsters and ebay is promoting them.... Ebay paisapay protection is
fraud. absolutely fraud..
