Re: My payback points were deducted even though the transaction failed. What to do?

Same thing happened to me, but i got my payback point back after 3 days.... But that option just dont work..... i tried 2 more times, both time it just said failed transactions.... eBay and Payback needs to fix it...else dont give that option
