I have got a damaged product.I have told about this to seller and he wants to replace it.He is saying to send it.But i want to know the followings------ 1.What is guarantee that seller will send me the product? 2.How can ebay see our this curriculum? 3.And if the seller replace the product and i send the damaged product where is guarantee that ebay will give me the return shipping charge? First of all if ur item is above Rs.1000 u r not going to get anything.No replacement or refund from ebay.If supplier is honest ,he will
do needful but if he does not,ebay will not do anything whatever u do.If below Rs.1000 ebay will offer u coupon which will never come.U will get free advice from ebay to resolve with seller amicably.That is all.STOP GAMBLING ON EBAY.IN.
