At eBay, we strive to make our policies clear and our services easy to use. We want to let you know that we’ve updated some of our terms:
- The eBay.in User Agreement has been updated and these changes are effective immediately for new users and from June 14, 2021 for existing users.
- Key updates:
- Managed Payments: We have added a section relating to our managed payments experience for participating users.
- Using eBay: We have updated this section as per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Codes) Rules, 2021.
- Returns and Cancellations: We have added provisions relating to Returns and Cancellations under Additional Terms.
- General Terms: We have added few provisions under General Terms.
You can review and make yourself familiarize with the updated User Agreement. You don’t need to take any further action to accept the new User Agreement. If you choose not to accept the new User Agreement, visit this page.
