Following the temporary suspension of internet services in the state of Rajasthan, we are offering you a protection to reduce potential impact on your business.
Who is going to be protected?
Impacted Sellers (i) having listings with item location in Rajasthan; or (ii) having their current registered address in Rajasthan.
Protection period: Transactions/claims open during the period of 27th June 2022 to 3rd July 2022.
If your seller performance is affected, eBay may protect your seller performance, including:
- Your late shipment rate;
- Defects arising out of cases closed without seller resolution for item not received or significantly not as described claims.
How to get the protection?
Please contact eBay customer support via the contact us form or via the OCS webpage and appeal for the defect.
Please note that your appeal would be evaluated by eBay on case-to-case basis before providing the aforesaid protection. In case of any query, please contact your account manager.
