COVID-19 outbreak has presented unexpected and unprecedented challenges for businesses, both small and large along with buyers as well as sellers.

In an attempt to help control the spread of coronavirus in India, our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on Tuesday, 24th March 2020 announced major restrictions on movement and business operations, set to begin at midnight on March 24, a 21-days nationwide lockdown.

Notably, for all of the exceptions to these closures and prohibitions, organizations and businesses must ensure necessary precautions against transmission of the COVID-19 virus, as well as social distancing measures, as advised by the Health Department from time to time.

In view of the above, you may not be able to fulfill your orders on time, we recommend to:

  1. Store Owners: Keep your stores on vacation mode
  2. Non-Store Owners: Set a considerable handling to meet buyers’ expectations (maximum handling can be set upto 30 business days)

This needs to be done in order to avoid any transactions during this period resulting in bad buyer experience.  Also, please don’t forget to let your existing buyers know about the situation.
