We are seeing consistent improvements in on-time shipments for USPS and all carriers and late deliveries have returned to pre-COVID-19 levels. Due to these improvements, we will pause our temporary Seller Protections for late deliveries starting on October 1, 2020. Timely delivery of your items is important to your buyers and critical to your success on eBay.
As always, you are responsible for shipping within your stated handling time and any shipments that were handled on time but delivered late by a carrier will not count as late shipments.
We continue to ask that you meet your handling times, do your part to ship as quickly as possible, work with your buyers when an issue arises, and keep your inventory up to date.
