Dear Sellers,

This is in pursuant to our AB Post dated 2nd June 2020.

With so much uncertainty around the course of the pandemic and the trajectory for post-pandemic economic recovery, our eBay sellers community will have an increasingly important role to play through their e-commerce export business.

In view of our continuous support protecting your seller performance standards, we are extending the seller performance protection.  Your account will be protected from being downgraded from the upcoming July 20th seller performance standard evaluation until the August 20th evaluation.  That said, if your performance improves your status over any evaluation period, you will still move up as expected.

Further, you are required to upload valid tracking details to make your transaction eligible for auto de-scoring of defects related to open INR in service metrics which includes negative or neutral feedbacks, late shipment and seller cancellation.  However, it’s important that you deliver the best possible buyer experience.  Please make sure you continue to deliver a great product aligned to your buyer’s expectations.

We are committed to helping you navigate this constantly changing situation.

As always thank you for selling on eBay. Please reach out to your Account Manager for any further clarifications.

Regards,

eBay IN CBT
