Recently lots of users have had raised issues regarding the invoice they have received from eBay. This workshop is aimed at helping the community understand the eBay Invoice better and also to address issues that have been raised by our users.

Replying to kukusworld 's question:

All fees stated are exclusive of service tax. Service tax is over and above the basic fee.

When we give credit for a final value fee, like the charge itself, the credit is without the service tax. When service tax is calciulated for the month, all fee credits are taken into account and lower service tax is charged.

ATM Drop Box Payment is not valid for collections to receive payments. For seller, who have made payment using this mode, we will request them to send us a mail with regards to the payment details like, Cheque number, Withdrawn in whose name, Cheque date, Place from where the cheque was deposited. We understand that your query is that eBay charges fee before hand for incomplete deals.

The eBay billing system invoices the sellers immediately after the end of the activity month. The sellers get one month to pay this invoice, by which time you will get to know the UPI credits. Huzzi

We have issued credits for International Listing Fee. Consolidate credits have been given instead of Item-wise credits. Do let us know in case you still feel that you have been not given credit for ILF on the migrated listings. Huzzi
