“Sellers, Increase your Trading Assistant activities” - 13 July (6 - 7 PM)

Hello Everybody,

This workshop is aimed at existing eBay sellers who will like to increase their eBay business by increasing their Trading Assistant Activity. Many of you might be aware about the Trading Assistant program of eBay under which you can sell on behalf of a person who lacks the required time or expertise to sell on eBay. This workshop will help you understand how to hone your trading assistant program.
In this workshop we will like to share
• Concept of Trading Assistant
• Benefit by becoming a Trading Assistant
• Ways and means by which you can market your trading assistant services to prospective customers.

Regarding the question on non availability of Trading Assistants in the directory for eastern india thanks for highlighting this issue. We will look into the matter and revert back on this thread at a later date.

I would suggest that you give some extra advantages to the TA's.

This would encourage SELLERS to become TA's and over all business would increase for ebay.

In return of their efforts SELLER must get something extra from ebay.

Dear dlfmall

Ratings build a reputation and expertise of a seller on eBay. The thought is not to discourage new users but to ensure that sellers have a certain expertise on eBay selling before they become a TA. As a TA you would be selling for yourself and also for your client.

Thats true.....but for that you have already mentioned the basic criteria of 50 feedback.

So after 50 feedback ther shouldn't be any diffrenciation between TA's

Dear vgabraham

I would reiterate to look at my post no. 11 to know the criteria about becoming TA. Only sellers who qualify for those criteria become eBay registered eBay TA and figure in the eBay TA directory. Besides as mentioned earlier to become TA you need some expertise of selling on eBay

Sapna & Rajesh, will there be a discussion on basics of TA, something like making us aware what is a TA, and can one be a TA naturally selling on Ebay without being listed in the directory?
