Please let us know - a. Why should buyers are allowed to rate our shipping charges under DSR rating when we charge as per eBay powership charges?

2. They must have purchaed the product after reviwing the freight charges and concluded that particular seller is the best then why has to allow for shipping charges to be rated under DSR rating?

Will you keep effective agents in call centre instead of dummies, I am sure none of the current agents resolve the issues under powership, after waiting 30-60 mins found waste everytime when I call.

When 75% of the shippment goes on same day, will you give powership discount for 100% of the items ? Please clarify.

Also let us know how to settle unresolved issues when no one is replying, we have noticed that mailing to inlogistics is nuthing bust wasting our resources as there is no action / reply from them.  Will you address this?

Dear Powership Team,

My pickup location is Srinagar, Kashmir-190015. Our preferred shipping partner in powership is FedEx Express. We usually ship 90% of our orders the same day or at maximum by next day still we very rarely get the fastship benefts as FedEX Express courier office srinagar does not have the facility to update the item pickup which gets done from FedEx Delhi office which takes usually 48 hours to do so after handing over the items to FedEX Srinagar office. 

Any resolutions to our concern ???
