Kindly let me know that if after paying for the product but before shipping, if the Buyer wants his money back due to some reason, then what is the process.

Would Paisapay charge me some money?

I am asking this from Sellers point of view.

thanks
.

best regards

Hi indconcepts,

If the buyer asks for a refund, the seller will need to request PaisaPay to initiate a refund. A seller can do the same by using the contact us link:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/index.html

click on Ask about Selling in First box
click on PaisaPay transaction in second box
click on make a refund to buyer in the third box.

thereafter give the requisite details.

The charges for the seller will be 2% for Online bank transfer or 3.5% for Credit card transfer as applicable.

Our apologies for the delay in answer!

Warm regards,
Sapana
