I purchased a laptop through buy it now option on 15th june and asked seller for payment address through eBay.He replied with his account details on 25th june.I deposited the payment in icici bank in his account,the receipt of which is with me.The seller has also marked this item as "Payment Received" on 26-Jun-2007 on eBay.Since then 6 days have been passed,neither the product has been received nor any information regarding despatch of product/courier details have been sent by the seller.He is neither responding me on his mobile nor replying to my emails,which is a matter of concern.Plz help me to come out of this trauma.
