hi sir,

i have a confusion regards to this new c.o.d policy.

i have many of the listing which are done through powershippment surface mode and the rate and charges is 20 rs per kg.

for example if the weight of my product is volumntrically 20 kg in this case i have to pay the charge of 400 aprox.

as per new c.o.d policy per kg charge is aprox 100 rs,

so in this case if i will ship to cash on delivery mode and  my  is 20 kg parcel in this case whether i have to pay rs 2,000?

i need the anwer so that i dont have to bear loss in near future
