PAYONEER KYC FAILED

Hi my ebay ID is nanakgems.

I am unable to open a account with payoneer, as they said I already had a acoount with them earlier but was not aware.

So they say they have closed all the accounts but I am not able to open a new account and I am banned from there website..

Kindly help .
