Issue while Accepting the Customer Offer

Hi,

It has been  a while since I am having the issue that i am not able to accept the customer offer on the product 

every time its shows some error while i am able to send the offer on same product but i am not being able to accept the offer 

Please help what is the issue and Is this a glitch on eBay site

We had the same issue but now everything works fine...,

The same error but what i do.. I make counter offer on the same otherwise offer will be expired.
