Ebay TDS Issue, Ebay charge me 20%

Hello Team,

Without PAN and GST number you cant sell ebay any item, i have both but ebay charge me 20% TDS? for reson No PAN, why?  Ebay charge me 6 month one time TDS amount  how to pay in one short?  i was contact TDS team "tds-support@ebay.com" but they didnt reply, please suggest what m doing? any contact number please send me...
