ARAMEX Pickup failure...

I have done READY TO SHIP on 7-5-15 10:15 am but till now 12-5-15 they didn't pickup my parcel, every day i called aramex and ebay PS for this, got only one answer from both, today it will definitely done, but from last 6 days i m only wait for them, end of the day same result nobody came to pickup...
