how much is the final value fee for plain gold jewellery 1% or 5%

for gold jewelery its mentiioned as 1% in rate chart but ebay is charging 5% for plain gold jewellery.......why 

as i have given many complaints but no response

Dear Sir,

You have not read the rate properly. Ebay has a long list of fee which is mentioned in various pages.

Listing FEE - Rs.3/- (Approx)

Final Value Fee (1% to 12%, but in your case 1%)

Paisapay FEE - 4.5%

Service Tax - 12.5% of the fee charged... ex. listing fee is Rs.3/- actual charge is Rs.3.36/- same applies to all fee

Education cess - I am sure you know this...
