i sold my Galaxy tab 2, and i shipped it to the given buyer address but the buyer did not confirming my item as it already delevird . the buyer says that the product is difective, but its totaly wrong my tablet is in very good condition... buyer also claim that its brokent but in those claim pictures uploded by the buyer show me that there is nothing brokent. also the buyre claim that the headset not working properly , but i didnot give him the headphons. plz help me..
If the item is defective, the buyer needs to return the item in the same condition they received it in order to get a refund. If they do not return it, do not refund their money.
