I really dont know how can the seller can sustain with this .
It is now a fashion in Ebay to give negetive feedback without asking seller for help .
In one case the buyer said product is faulty . I sent him the product and he raised a claim also . Now the claim is approved ( as this happens everytime ) and prior to that he left me a negetive feedback .
I called Helpline and told him these things . He simply denied saying claim is approved . Really fed up with ebay policy . This is high time ebay change their policy .

Things ebay should consider :
1. Ebay should nt blindly approve claims.
2.Should give the seller opprtnity to solver buyer issues .
3.Ebay should allow sellers to solve issues thru member to member communication and remove feedback thru buyers consent .
You are taking Seller position. In my case as a Buyer, I got a defective Sony TV product. Ebay and Seller asking me to contact Manufacturer Sony India. Sony not responding till date on replacement of defective product. 1 month over now for expensive purchase. EBAY.IN closed my CLAIM. They also DELETED by negative feedback submitted after a month of contacting Sony, Sony Service Centers, Seller daily and spending so much of my time ...my feedback said 'product was defective and Sony & Seller did not help'. and they deleted it.
