Just looking at your feedback and DSR (detailed seller rating) stars, I that you have horrible ratings. Your stars are 4.1 to 4.4, which is below standard. This is probably why you are blocked from selling.
Based on your feedback, it doesn't appear you tried to resolve the problems you had. That is why you got low stars for communication and your items seem to have not been described properly. If you tried to resolve issues, you can always do a feedback follow up to indicate your side of the situation.
You will have to take a break from selling for a long time.
