we come across many stupid questions from ebay buyer. They ask like they just come online first time and don't know

1. how to purchase,
2. how to contact ebay customer support,
3. where is my item ,
4. when i will receive it,
5. how to leave feedback,
6. how to revise negative feedback,
7. how to place same order again,
8. how to do combine shipping request,
9. how to cancel order
10. how to opt warranty
11. when your price is high then other seller
12. my amount is deducted by still not received email for order confirmation
13. how to get payback card

LIST IS TOOO MUCH. PLEASE EDUCATE BUYER AS WELL !!!

I completely agree.

When buyers buy for the first time they should be emailed or given some basic tips of Buying and follow up.

Nobody is gonna read the HELP topics.
