Hi,

On 15/10/2014 I have purchased Auxus Aura A1 with PaisaPay 

There is no updates on this transaction, neither from ebay nor from seller regarding shipping or delivery of the item.

I am now worried as to whether I should cancel the order and claim refund.

Kindly guide me on this issue and resolve this problem.

Try contacting the seller first. Call customer care

If not contactable claim a refund.

By now the order should have got cancelled automatically and your money should have been refunded...
