If you remember your username and password just log in and list your products.
COD is an option given by ebay to buyers you may select this option or not....call customer care to activate COD they will send you a mail.
Shipment pick up is a facilty provided only after you have done certain transactions and received certain no of feedbacks...ebay will mail you once you achieve it. Till then you need to ship the orders.
