      by mistake i order awrong product.is a htc explorer mobile internal parts.when i gave order i saw htc mobile phone in the picture but whene i paid money i saw it is shown mobail internal part only, which is no use to me. please cancle my order.

You will need to ask the seller to cancel the bid. There is no ebay policy that says they have to but some sellers will do it. If your seller doesn't and you are the winner of the item, you would be expected to pay.

In the future, pay close attention to the item information before placing a bid or buying the item.
