The customer did not specified the plant he order is a gift. After receiving he was demanding a set of new plants since it is a gift for some one. Since courieor charge is Re 200/ per packet, and I collected only 420 for this bussiness, I promised a set of plants[4 nos.] at free of cost in his next bussiness with me thinking that I can manage the courior expence for resending these plants. The cutomer is not willing to retern the his first order he received .
In short he is looking for my 2 set of plants [8 plants] for one sets cost [ Re 420/=].
He gave a negative feed back in this dealing which is quite discouraging me to do this bussiness through eBay.
