It seems to be very difficult to be with eBay as they are working style is totally unprofessional. Even small payments of Rs. 50 to 200.- are remained held up by paisapay. and about this they are informing to the seller noty buyer as a result it makes a impression on the buyer that seller is not sending the product even after getting money. I have recived negaive ratings for the same and no buyer is tready to listen as they got confirmatiobn mail from paisapay acknowleding there payment. Is this type of working will Improve the reputation of eBay that they are pretending that we have recived the money and seller is not sending product. Such type of thing is creating misunderstanding between buyers and seller. We cant do any thing otherthan rating negative to buyer as he is not ready to understand even we know that they are not at fault and because we are also not at fault and ebay even doest ready to modify the rating as they say they cant remove there Veiw even they are due to there mistakes . kindly do some thing immi to solve it as the geniun buyer who have already paid after getting negative feedback will never return to ebay. You can atleast update buyer with payment status.
