He filed case under eBay guarantee which was rejected and closed in my favor. left negative i have appealed in CC.

Whats strange is i offered him full refund or replacement with return shipping cost, after the case was closed in my favor. Still he left negative.

It happens.These buyers usually take out their frustation of losing the case by leaving a negative feedback.

It happened last month with us.Buyer read touch as torch and filed case under guarantee.Lost and then left negative.We got it removed in CC.

If negative for buyers is introduced, then they will be a level playing field.It will be fun to see buyers filing case in CC for feedback removal.Then they will take feedback system seriously.

have filed in cc as per your suggestion, lets see the outcome. but your point is valid, if we (sellers) also get fair amount of leverage as in to leave negative for buyers, i am sure it will be a run around for them.
