sent to wrong buyer my mistake

hi i sent a parcel to one of my other buyers by mistake, i had it tracked and traced and its been sign for by a man who has bought off me in the past.i have the time, day , i have phoned this person and told him of my findings, and told him he must return to me asap, he said i will sort it in the morning this was 2 days ago, he isnt answering emails , the original seller has been refunded by myself what else can i do if he dosent return the parcel

You can do nothing. If the person returns the item, then you are lucky and if he doesn't return the item then he was lucky.

(Actually this reminds me of an Akbar Birbal tale !)

Hope the buyer will return the item or pay the amount for the same without much delay.try to convince/interact with him again.
otherwise forgive him.then God will give you double which you lost and same time/automatically he will loose double what he earned in crooked way.Dont worry,Be happy.
