seller protection endless communication zero payment

buyer bought a used samsung S4 active phone , raised a complain and reverse  did not ship the phone. the awb mentioned weight as 0.1kg!!!!

Inspite of rasing a claim , buyer was refunded and after shooting several emails , i have not recieved any response. they just revert with buyer refund details. claim adjuster never calls inspite of several requests!

POD Was deleted by admin stating personal info

ebay just wants to hide facts. pls beware of reverse pick up frauds. the courier will not let you open the box. the content are not mentioned on the way bill so there is no way of knowing whats inside the box.  fraud usually manage to replace item with biscuit packs, stone etc.. 

inspite of informing ebay of item not recd they will process the buyer refund and for seller they will sell a dream of seller protection which never materializes.
