Hi,I am a seller on Ebay with the shop name of Xerion_retail.we have listed 400 items till now ,but could not list more than that as ebay has put restriction on my account.The restriction meassage says"you cant list anymore item with this account".
i have followed up with customer care team and trust and safety team but they are unable to tell me any proper reason.Then i write a mail to inaapeals@ebay.in and they responded me that you have to improve your DSR ratings.To achieve that i ahve to remove shipping charges and give proper description to the products.
when i tried to revise my items i saw that i am unable to even edit my items.
I couldnot understand why this is happening to my account.
If someone could help me with this ,it will be really appreciated.
